When machinery starts moaning and groaning, its Richard to the rescue!  From tractors to sprayers to tillers, we haven't come up with a problem that he can't fix!

Known as "Kansas" to his friends at the vineyard, Richard is an avid outdoorsman.  He's traveled from Manitoba (where it was 30 degrees below zero) to Kansas, all in the name of fun.

When it comes to handing out work details, Richard isn't shy about making sure each and every one of us knows exactly what we need to do.  And we have the cell phone bills to prove it!
